We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 6–9 business days.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping is free on orders over £29.9.

5. Order tracking

The information is sent via email along with a copy of the invoice.

6. Delayed or lost parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at support@tryhanbang.com with your order number, and we'll look into it with our courier. If your parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund at your choice.

7. Incorrect delivery details

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us or lost because of an incorrect address provided at checkout, we may ask you to cover the cost of reshipping.
