    Returns & Refunds Policy

Hanbang ("we", "us", "our") Website: tryhanbang.com Last updated: 28/08/2026

We want you to love your Hanbang Scalp Ritual Bar. This policy explains our own returns guarantee, plus the legal rights you have as a UK consumer, which apply in addition to it.

    1. Our 60-day guarantee

We offer a 60-day, no-questions-asked return window — more generous than the legal minimum. If you change your mind for any reason, you can return your order within 60 days of receiving it for a full refund.

    • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
    • condition requirements : unused/unopened and above the store's own 60-day guarantee

This 60-day guarantee is offered on top of — and does not replace — your statutory legal rights, set out below.

    2. Your legal right to cancel (14 days)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason, without needing to justify it.

    How the timing works:

    • You can cancel at any point from placing your order up to 14 days after you (or someone you nominate) receives the goods.
    • Once you've told us you're cancelling, you then have a further 14 days to send the goods back to us.

How to cancel: Contact us at support@tryhanbang.com, or use the model cancellation text below.

"I/We [] hereby give notice that I/We [] cancel my/our [] contract of sale of the following goods: [order/description], ordered on [date], received on [date]. Name: [ ]. Address: [ ]. Signature (if sent on paper): [ ]. Date: [ ]."*

Who pays return postage: Under the statutory right, you're normally responsible for the cost of returning the goods, unless we've agreed otherwise or the goods are faulty only under the 60-day guarantee.

Note on hygiene-sealed goods: Because this is a cosmetic product, if the packaging is sealed for health or hygiene reasons and you've broken that seal after delivery, your statutory 14-day right to cancel may not apply to that item under the Regulations. Whether Hanbang chooses to still honour returns of opened items regardless, as part of the separate 60-day guarantee.

    3. Faulty or not-as-described goods

If your Hanbang bar arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have additional legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, regardless of our returns guarantee above:

    • Within 30 days of delivery: you can reject the goods and get a full refund.
    • After 30 days: you can ask us to repair or replace the item first. If that's not possible, or doesn't fix the problem, you may be entitled to a price reduction or to reject the goods for a refund.

To use these rights, contact us at support@tryhanbang.com with your order number and details/photos of the fault.

    4. How refunds work

    • Once we've received your returned item (or evidence you've sent it back), we'll process your refund within 14 days, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
    • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
    • We'll email you to confirm once your refund has been processed.

    5. How to start a return

    1. Email us at support@tryhanbang.com with your order number and the reason for return.
    2. We'll confirm the return and provide instructions on where to send your item.
    3. Pack the item in its original packaging and send it back to us.
    4. Once received and checked, we'll process your refund as above.

This document is a template and does not constitute legal advice. We recommend it is reviewed by a qualified UK solicitor before publication, and that all bracketed placeholders are completed — in particular the postage and hygiene-seal points, which affect how the 60-day guarantee and statutory rights interact.
